At New Arrivals, we want to ensure your gear performs as hard as you do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn sports apparel and equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking number for real-time updates on your return status.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
